Last Christmas we had one of those mornings: too much sugar, too much chaos, and the telly was already winning by half nine. I dug out this treasure hunt on a whim — the kind where the elves need rescuing and there's a proper little villain to uncover. The difference between that morning and the previous Saturday was basically this PDF. Nobody glanced at a screen for hours.

Here's the story your lot will be living out: In the magical elves' village of Winterlingen, the helper elves normally keep everything glittering and perfect — snowy, sparkly, the works. But this year, the grumpy goblin Mumpf has caused absolute mayhem: empty gift boxes, tangled ribbons, even the giant snowman standing on his head! Your kids become the heroes who fix the chaos, station by station, and save Christmas. Before the real hunt starts, they go through elf training — proving they're as quick as the wind, as quiet as snow, and as strong as frost.
