We want you to be happy with your hunt — but because of how digital products work, please read this before you buy.

Instant digital downloads

Our treasure hunts are delivered as instant PDF downloads. By completing your purchase you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. For this reason we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been delivered.

If something’s wrong

If your file is faulty, corrupted, or you can’t download it, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we’ll fix it or, if we can’t, refund you.
