These terms apply to purchases from the-quest-box.co.uk, operated by Tectonix LLC (“The Quest Box”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital, print-at-home PDF treasure hunts and escape rooms. Products are delivered as instant downloads — nothing is shipped physically.

2. Ordering & delivery

After payment you receive an immediate download link and a copy by email. If your download does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record.

4. Licence to use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own family parties and events. You may print as many copies as you need for a single household/party. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part.

5. Intellectual property

All content, artwork and text remain the property of Tectonix LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright.

6. Refunds

Because our products are instant digital downloads, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download begins, with your consent given at checkout. Please see our refund policy. If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will fix it.

7. Liability

Our products are for fun and entertainment. We provide them “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tectonix LLC’s operations; mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
